Designed primarily for climbers tackling rock and ice, the Proton Hoody serves as a versatile breathable insulation layer ideal for intense mountain activities. Its 80gsm Coreloft™ Compact insulation, combined with an air-permeable face fabric and liner, effectively manages temperature and moisture. The lightweight yet durable Fortius Air 20 nylon shell features articulated patterning for unrestricted movement, while the insulated hood is helmet-compatible, providing extended warmth during demanding climbs.

What's been updated: Updated with a PFAS-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment, Fortius™ Air 20 face fabric with 42% recycled nylon, and Coreloft™ Compact insulation for improved stretch and breathability.
