The fleece jacket is warm and comfortable, with a knit exterior and a soft brushed fabric interior. In the fall and winter, it's the ideal insulating mid-layer to wear under a shell jacket. Long afternoons spent reading in front of the fireplace are just as comfortable. Fixed hood with drawstring and zipper on the front with a flap that protects the chin in G-1000 Original. G-1000 is also used to reinforce the elbows, hem, pockets, and inside edge of the hood. Two large zippered pockets. The cuffs have an elastic band, and the hem has a drawstring. The fleece and mesh linings of the pockets are made of recycled polyester in an environmentally friendly process.
