Christmas Return Policy: For purchased during the festive season, our return policy extends to accommodate the spirit of giving. All items bought between November 1st and December 25th can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 12th. Returns are accepted on orders within Canada within 10 days of receiving your products for a full refund if the merchandise is in its original state with tags attached and unwashed. Proof of purchase is required.
Within 21 days, Canadian customers are eligible for a store credit. A receipt is required at the time of return. Store credits are redeemable in-store only, not online.
All orders within Canada can be returned to any Trail Shop location. Please include a copy of your invoice for online orders.
For US orders, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or not as described. Contact help@trailshop.com for assistance with US order returns. When returning an order from the US, it's essential to have a Return Authorization (RA) number clearly documented on the packaging. Please confirm with the store before initiating the return process. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of incurred costs from your refund.
To initiate a return for an online order, please reach out to the store from which your order was shipped (visit our contact us page for assistance). Ensure you obtain confirmation before sending any items back to the store.
Customers shipping orders back to the store for a refund or exchange are responsible for shipping charges unless the product is defective or not as described/ordered. Customers are encouraged to add shipping insurance and provide us with the tracking number to start the return process. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for online orders. When returning items such as shoes that come in a box, please put them inside a second box or shipping envelope. Please do not put the return label directly on the shoe box. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee.
Online order returns will be processed within 3 business days from receipt of customer shipment. Please note that refunds for purchases made using Sezzle as a payment method will be processed in accordance with Sezzle's refund policy. While we facilitate the refund process, any refunds issued will be subject to Sezzle's terms and conditions. Customers who have paid with Sezzle should refer to Sezzle's refund policy for more information on eligibility, processing times, and any associated fees. For assistance with Sezzle-related refunds, please contact Sezzle customer support directly.
Clearance items (Last chance) discounted at 40% or greater are FINAL SALE, both in-store and online.
We do not accept returns on intimate products, including packaged underwear, bathing suits, facemasks, etc.
